The proposed study investigates the Elementary and Middle School Teachers’ perceptions of the use of Information Technology as a teaching tool in the classrooms prior to and during Covid-19 in the St. Thomas/St. John School District, the outcomes associated with the system-wide implementation with a focus on challenges, value and training. The purpose of the study is to examine the attitudes of elementary and middle school level schoolteachers on the inclusion of information communication technology as part of the educational process. COVID-19 has awakened us to the reality that the typical face to face method of teaching and learning utilized across the globe by about 67.7% of total enrolled learners in 144 countries need not be the primary teaching method in an ever-growing technological age.
